Just over at the Corner at NRO, Jonah Goldberg said that so far this evening, the important races have gone to the Republicans! Great news.

A NC Republican incumbent in the House who was heavily targeted by the 'rats is ahead 58% to 40% though CNN has not called him the winner yet. That's with 49% of the precincts reporting.

From what I know he's a good guy ..... glad he's ahead.

My Rep, the Honorable (in every sense of the word!) Sue Myrick has been declared the winner in her race. That surprises me ...... she's only ahead by 75% to 24% ...... *grins*
