All the machines were full, except maybe one or two.

It's a gorgeous day here in Central Florida.....breezy, no rain.

lysie , thanks for your help on the diet. Husband is also looking at effect on his b.p. and cholesterol readings to measure results...almost forgot that.:-)) The interesting thing is that while I presented the idea to him and prodded him initially, he's taken over responsibility for it, thank goodness!!
