I'm starting to fade also, the adrenaline is wearing off. I think I am going to crawl into my pajamas, make a cup of hot chocolate, and watch the TV for awhile longer.

"What I'm afraid of is that the Minneapolis precincts may not have been reported yet.........." That's the trick. I have lived and worked the MO 2nd district race since the time I was a teenager, and you don't know how many election nights I went to bed thinking that we'd won. To find out that the results from the RAT precincts got "withheld".....(for further 'voting'....I NOW ask myself!)
90% of vote in, Talent by 2% according to Brit.

Don't fade yet!! It's still early here in Arizona!! Just heard J.D. Hayworth interviewed on our local station and he said Coleman won and Mondale has conceded - hmmmmmmm! Fox News hasn't declared Coleman the winner yet...

Too close to call in Missouri. :( The White House is cautiously optimistic about Talent, but those WH staffers from Missouri say it is too close to call. Talent's lead is down to 2%, yikes.

Mondale gave a speech, but it was not a concession speech. He still expects to win....or so he says.
Coleman's lead has been steady.......he's up almost 5 points, with nearly half of the precincts reporting.........but some of the Hennepin County precincts (Minneapolis) STILL HAD PEOPLE STANDING IN LINE TO VOTE AS RECENTLY AS A HALF HOUR AGO.........3 hours AFTER the polls were supposed to have been closed!!!!!!!
This is going to get ugly.
To: Utah Girl
CNN website is showing the MO race down to 1% now with 95% of the vote in. Keep praying!
SC has kicked out a 'rat governor for a Republican.

ARRRRGH!
We need a pubbie with a bullhorn in Hennepin county, to announce to those waiting in line that Daschle has already conceded the Senate!
To: Utah Girl
me too....
To: A Citizen Reporter
LOL!
To: Molly Pitcher
Me three.
To: A Citizen Reporter
lol! That might work......
The problem is, according to someone on another thread who is at Coleman headquarters, that these lines appear to be GROWING...........and the law is, if you are ALREADY IN LINE at 8:00 p.m., you are allowed to vote late, but not if you SHOW UP LATE. So this should get REALLY interesting.........
