Red Skelton was indeed superior as a comedian, an entertainer, and a person to current comics, but I've never seen anything to indicate he was arrogant or disdainful toward others.
Therefore, in my best Indigo Montoya impersonation possible, I would say (tongue in cheek): "You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means."
