Ted is the patron saint of shark jumping. Chances are that if Ted is anywhere near your cast, consider the show on the downward spiral. That's not to take away from Ted's fine acting skills. Consensus here enjoys Ted more on the big screen (Revenge of the Nerds) than on our sets. Then again, we wouldn't have a patron saint...thanks Ted!

Hi, everyone, from Paris. Today Mr. M and I had the pleasure of Timeout's company, and that of her friend, for lunch at a restaurant - Le Vieux Bistro - near Notre Dame. (It's now 7:25 p.m. here).

We took pictures; she'll post them when she gets home, unless she can find an internet cafe here and figure out how to do it. Anyway, we had a great time and I'm here to tell you she's a lovely person, but of course we all knew that! Is there a Guild member who is not? She even had her pearls with her.

I wanted to follow the "phone message story" so I switched to CNN. I always get weepy when I watch stories about Nam. I lost so many friends,,, some while there, others of ill effects after their return.

I'm sorry for your losses Gran...this one was not brutal - it was bad enough, but it was more about acknowledging the role that the Huey played in saving lives, resupplying the troop, and deploying troop in the Nam.

If you can imagine an upbeat show during our war, this was it - it was about a machine and how well it served, not about the failures from Washington.
