i am handing yesterday's homework in late, because i was busy yesterday.

The sniper became very real to me yesterday when i learned that there had been a shooting within my own personal ambit.. I am encouraged that they have some new leads, hope they are fruitful. The perps need killing.

how in the world did you get through SCHOOL or MOTHERHOOD w/o drinking coffee? i swear i went hard core with coffee when i had to get up at the crack of dawn with my kids when infants.

i love DD coffee, it is much smoother and less bitter tasting than the foofey starbucks type crap. try it. i learned recently that Dunkin Donuts started OUT as a mobile coffee vendor and added donuts later. oh yeah and their donuts are MUCH better than KK!

I'm spoiled when it comes to donuts........there was this place in Texas called "Southern Maid" donuts....... Lord, you've never had anything like these.......... KK isn't even close.........

I was a diet-coke addict for over 20 years....... broke the habit about a year and a half ago........ now it's iced tea or coffee.......(no artificial sweetners....)

i know that much was made on the threads yesterday of the fact that there is a mosque .25 mi. away from the Home Depot where the shooting took place. i still don't know that i buy the idea of an islamic terrorist shooter, but i give the odds on it as 50-50.

We're looking at an early Nor'easter on the Jersey shore today. If this was January we'd be looking at 20+" if snow.

Lovely word today. Makes me think of Charles Laughton who played Captain Bligh in Mutiny on the Bounty in the early 60's. The following limerick is about Little Tommy D. who is the exact opposite.
