I feel sorry for the Hiltons. People must continually make jokes about booking rooms with them.

Actress Susan Sarandon is so sexy she once convinced a gay man to go straight! And the gorgeous "Thelma & Louise" star gave the guy a rave review in the popular gay magazine Out. "I had a longtime relationship with someone who is gay. He was fabulous," she said. "He had never been with a woman before."
The broad-minded star who now lives with actor Tim Robbins and their children says she's open to all kinds of relationships. "I don't like any kind of labels," she said. ". . . It's not about gender the hardest part is deciding if you want to truly be intimate with another person."
Well, it's in the National Enquirer, so it must be true!!
TIMID pacifists who want to hear how Rev. Dr. Al Sharpton is planning to muck up the war on terrorism will want to head over to the Princeton Club Saturday night. As part of the New Yorker Festival, the Rev will unveil his plan to block our plans for war with Iraq to Elizabeth Kolbert. Sharpton is calling for a national march on Washington, D.C., by like-minded appeasers, and he'll present Kolbert with the first copy of "Al on America," the new tome in which he outlines his possible presidential platform for 2004.
Run Al run!
Hey, that was Ann Richards, who used to be governor of Texas, turning heads Monday afternoon in Pacific Heights. She, and her unmistakable curly white locks, were outside Harry's Bar. The occasion was a fund-raiser [in San Francisco] for fellow Texan Ron Kirk, who is running for U.S. Senate back home. ...
Ann Richards is famous for her line about George H.W. Bush's having been "born with a silver foot in his mouth." George W. Bush beat her in the governor's race. She's let it all go by, she told Bruce. "George Bush was my governor and my president," she explained. "I have no bad feelings toward him or the family. I just think he could use my advice."
.... The guv has no interest in returning to politics directly. She's a consultant now, and spends half her time in Austin and in New York, which she adores. Does she see the Clintons in N.Y.? "I saw Bill when I went uptown to Harlem to visit his office. I saw him once in Aspen. Since Hillary took office, I hardly see her. You see, in politics, if you don't have something to offer or something to ask for, there isn't any time for people. You have to want public office more than anything. It comes before your family, your friends. You don't have a night off -- you have a fund-raiser. If you want a life, as most people know it, then you don't want a political life." SF Examiner.
Yes I'm sure it was right by the item about the space aliens who are demanding a ransom for Elvis' brain.

Anne Robinson movie to be shown on BBC1BBC1 has confirmed it is to make a TV movie based on the autobiography of Anne Robinson.
The 90-minute drama will focus on the period in the early 1970s when Robinson became an alcoholic and lost custody of her daughter.
It is thought former Brookside star Anna Friel is in talks to play the Weakest Link host.
Memoirs of an Unfit Mother is being adapted for the screen by Paula Milne, whose writing credits include The Politician's Wife.
Producers include Paul Greengrass, who directed Granada's award winning Bloody Sunday film, according to Media Guardian.
The bestselling autobiography was published in October 2001.
I don't know about the Weakest Link, but certainly she's the lamest link.

Oh yes Ann, you're just so wicked smart. That'd be why that dummy (/sarcasm) GWB put the smack down on your sorry butt.
Off to work, back asap.
Priscilla Presley believes that if Elvis were alive today, he'd be a Scientologist. "I wish that he knew what Scientology was before he died," the King's ex-wife told us Tuesday night at a CD-release party for "Elvis 30 #1 Hits" at the Hard Rock Cafe. Like her daughter, Lisa Marie, Priscilla has long been a member of the controversial church. And she's convinced that it could have "helped Elvis a lot" as he fought an addiction to prescription drugs. Ny Daily News
Whatever. Okay, folks, gotta run. I'm scheduled for a massive overhaul at the salon de beaute, and may not be recognizable upon my return.
Watched our president in both press conferences this morning. He really showed up Tammy Daschle, looking very presidential, leaving Tammy to look like a whiney little girl.
The best part is the WashPost done set up little Tammy BIG TIME!
BWAAHHHAHAHAHA! Yeah, after 36 days of filing court challenges and denying members of our military their rightful votes!! John Kerry is such a maroon! I sure hope the Repubs. in MA get their stuff together and start grooming candidates to take on Teddy the Swimmer next time and Mr. Theresa Heinz after that!
Oh man, and I thought Nicholas Cage actually had a brain!
Uh, note to self:
