fact: one potential suspect dead under suspicious circumstances...
fact: father of victim had an unusual relationship with known excon and used tax-avoiding and illegal means to pay off that same excon.....
really, that is about it....the stories about the chair under the window, the cut screen, the gun, etc etc are not evidence as in evidence in a trial....we know very little and that maybe is the way it should be.....
your facts are only your little chosen facts....you ignore anything else that might be a little too messy for you to face....
so when is Ed Smart going to be charged with not paying social security taxes on behalf of his hired help?....I mean, they make people pay for babysitters and nannies....it should be the same for ED.....
Please clue us in on this "fact".
fact: father of victim had an unusual relationship with known excon and used tax-avoiding and illegal means to pay off that same excon.....
Please explain what was unusual about the relationship and list your proof of any illegal payment. Until he is charged with a crime he should be presumed innocent of not paying social security on behalf of his employees.
That isn't a "fact", but mere speculation on your part. You are also missing the obvious i.e. that Ricci wanted the Jeep, or are you assuming that Ed searched high and low to find a laborer that would take the jeep off his hands?
How about your ignoring Ricci's extensive criminal record and M.O. which are also facts? Your attempt at moral equivalency between Ed "possibly" not paying social security taxes and Ricci who actually shot a police officer and robbed banks with a weapon is pathetic.
Is it Ed's percieved wealth and "huge" home that irritates you so much?
What exactly is illegal about paying a person for work performed the way Ed paid Ricci?
As for it being tax avoiding, maybe Ricci is considered contract help, and therefore responsible for reporting his own wages.
