From what we know of Ed's relationship with Ricci, it was not that unusual IMHO. Yours is an opinion, too, BTW.

The tax avoidance/illegal payment scenario was made up out of whole cloth by someone on this thread, wasn't it? Is that your opinion? On what do you base it? Sheer speculation? I hope not, because that would not be a sign that you are an intelligent life form.

I agree with you on this. Also, isn't it interesting how such speculation and innuendo never, ever includes even the slightest suggestion that RICCI might also have done something illegal tax-wise, such as maybe not report the compensation which Ed supposedly paid him in this sneaky and "illegal" way?
