Wouldn't tell her Daddy?
Ed tells the SLC Tribune writer that she said a three word statement..and then later, downstairs, says another dry statement?
Sorry, that I won't believe. Is Mary Katherine a normal child? I mean she isn't challenged, is she? The reason I ask, is because normally a chlld of that age, would know what a threat was, more than a 4 yr. old. But a "challenged" young girl, may not come right out with it.
This is in no way anything other than a question to answer the possibility of why she would not tell. If she did tell..THAT should be upper most in any interview. ELIZABETH + GUN + ABDUCTION...is the story.
And...It should have been the first thing out of Ed's mouth to 911
The transcripts of the 911 call have never been published so I'm assuming that this is speculation on your part. I think that Ed probably did tell them what MK had reported. I base this on the fact that it only took 12 minutes for the first officer to arrive. This is an indication that either there was nothing going on for the police that night or that it had a priority given to it. I believe that the first officers on the scene were not entirely convinced that MK hadn't had a bad dream or was possibly covering for her sister. Many people here still think this is a possibility. As for me it has been far too long with no sign of Elizabeth to believe anything other than she was abducted.
