It was reported, but, conjecture. No one knows who, what , when , where and how on anything in this case it seems.

At least this was (what I posted) from a newspaper article.

I think the one LE was interested in was the one where Uncle Tom Smart was making hand gestures to Ed every time the camera panned away and when he whispered that the family had better get the story on the cut screen lined up before they wind up with 3 differenct cut screen stories.

The Antelope Valley is home to 250,000 people and is one of the fastest growing areas in California. It is also the most conservative region of Los Angeles County. The AV press is a fine newspaper (conservative) and I'd much rather read it than the left handed Los Angeles Times. I was living in Kuwait when I signed up to the FreeRepublic as sandude. The handle works for the high desert of California as well.

Short answer.......no, based upon this source, there is no indication of Ricci using drugs (other than alcohol) since his release from prison in September, 2000.

I think 'treatment program' implies drug abuse. Thurber's description of Ricci on Jun 5 drinking beer and going 1000 MPH sounds like amphetamine to me.

And do you have intimate knowledge of how these drugs work? "Treatment program" can also mean alcohol. You use an awful lot of "I think" and "sounds like," which pretty much makes your posts less than credible.

I know there are those who would disagree but I think that if Ed was involved LE would have been discovered it by now. He doesn't seem like the kind of person who could hold up to tough questioning if he had something to hide.

He didn't hold up well. Went to the hospital for "exhaustion" early on, and has flailed about ever since.

IT WAS REPORTED that Tom was home in bed with his wife. Could it be a lie? Yes. Do you think Angela could have been lying about Richards’s presence in her bed that night? Do you think that Angela could have been drugged out and not realized that her husband was gone? Do you find it strange that Angela asked neighbors if they saw her husband that night?
