Nicki and Paris dare not go out in the rain. With their noses so far up in the air they might drown.
Remember the friend of mine I told you about that was the perfect party guest? She called me last night to find out where I got pressure cooker. So I was going to email her the link this morning.
Couldn't find it on QVC so I called and the nice lady told me that it wasn't discontinued but that there wasn't even a wait list available for it. It might come up for sale again in 45 days. Shoot!
They did have an eight quart oval which I sent her the link for, but there's just her and her hubby, I don't know if that is more than she wants.
Is there a site for cook's essentials or is that a QVC product?

Put up your Hate-Shields!
Little Tommy Daschle holding a "dugout"...session with reporters...coming up in a few minutes. Let me guess...GWB is "politicizing" the Iraq issue. How original.

Didn't you know? Abstaining from sex doesn't prevent AIDS. Massive amounts of money from United States taxpayers prevents AIDS! I'm sure that's what x42, a walking STD, is telling those unfortunate Africans.

Can't remember who brought this up, but the speech sounded like it had McAwful all over it. Which of course means clintoon and the she beast (Rush pointed that part out)... so perhaps they're setting him up to crash and burn so hilly can run in '04? I'm with you, I think McAwful and the Hildasbeast's fingerprints are all over this speech. They probably told the Tree they'd done a focus group on what he should talk about in his speech.

If Alborg is listening to his old pal (not!) Hillary for political advice, he's more of a fool than we thought.

Humorous comment on the Gore speech, by a "blogger":
Its been pulled apart by wolves all over blogland today, so Ill leave it alone. Substance aside, the speech made me glad I dont have to listen to this man very much; he manages to combine pretentiousness and contempt in a way that demands a new word - pretemptuous, perhaps. Or goratory.
Hes a better extemporaneous speaker than Bush, but thats not exactly a rare distinction. Bush often seems distracted, as if he has just realized there is a weasel in his pants and hed best finish up and get out of here so he can tend to this here weasel. And when he gets wound up hes often like a man with a wheelbarrow full of rocks going down a hill, trying to keep his balance and his cargo intact. I dont care. Hes good with a prepared speech, because he has a secret weapon: he means it. source

Good catch on the olive. I wonder if they will have a live show about it watched by millions and talked about for days.
To: Hillary's Lovely Legs
LOL- thanks.
One of the funniest on Emmy night was, "FReeper needs advice about the caliber of handgun...." and then all the take-offs from there.
A super afternoon to ya.

Hello there,,, just passin' thru to refresh the screen. A beautiful fall day here in Iowa. But there's no time to enjoy it.
To: lodwick
There is a new " Freeper Gun Advice Needed" today along with a " Disney is sending messages to kids".
Frankly it's bizarre.

Here's a very vital news item: 150 Queue for Three Hours to have Genitals Photographed
To: Hillary's Lovely Legs
I"ve lead a very sheltered life. Could you please explain what Queueing means.
To: Iowa Granny
Well, how about pipsqueak daschle's little politicizing slam of the president today? No one has made Iraq political EXCEPT the dims.
