Ok, So what's the deal with "5", I have a general idea of what it is but i want specifics. You see it everywhere and in all forms, what the heck is "5"?, other than the number after 4, before 6. Did Freepers start this trend?

No, why would I? I am a simple poster here like anyone else, who tries to make points of a political nature, and hopes to receive a little reasoned debate back.

Certainly I am not expecting to receive spam in the form of pictures of the number 5. That would tend to shout down any point I was trying to make, and it would not help in the process of debate, being as it contains no substance whatever.

I'll be the first to say that I am no longer trying to debate these morons. I have tried....quite pursuasively & eloquently but I have learned that once you defeat an individual 5 with logic....he scatters off to another thread and begins to post the same reasoning all over again to some other person who is then forced to knock him down....this continues until the 5s have been able to craft a position out of the percieved rebuttals. .... I will do everything in my power to mock these drips from here until kingdom come. I wont be casting my pearls before swine by trying to have debates with them.

So you admit you want no debate, and are happily spamming threads in order to shut them down.

And no moderator is stepping in to stop this clearly disruptive behavior.

Yes, it appears so. I'd have to look more closely at the paper trail to see if there was some sort of "direct" finance, but the Saudi's do appear to be intimately involved.

No. I expect what I am seeing -- a chance to discuss what is a clear and purposeful attempt to use this number to disrupt and shut down various threads. It is clear -- it is even admitted by various Freepers -- that the whole goal is to shout down and stop any semblance of cogent debate by the repeated posting of this non-message.

So I came on here to offer my observations about this tactic, and to decry the fact that the moderators are not stopping these obvious attempts to disrupt threads.
