Good morning/evening! Our guys team just won! Yippety skippety; that's four in a row!
Hey! Thanks for the encouragement. I am not so conceited that I think I am the BEST teacher in the world. BUT, I think I'm good enough. The consolation to me about the math class is that the teacher taking over for me IS a good teacher and probably, maybe better than me. So that is good for the kids. And I WILL enjoy the time to relax. It will translate to more laps in the pool, and also more time sitting on my air mattress just laying around getting brown.
A class of TWENTY FIRST GRADERS. I hope you're getting extra pay for that! My class is thirteen only. I really enjoy them; many of them, especially the girls, play over at my house on the weekends (my daughter is one year older than them). One of the greatest blessings about working with these kids is that our relationship extends past the classroom. I get to impact and influence them early in their lives, as they're growing and on into eternity. I am truly blessed.
