AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 607) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | September 19, 2002 | All of Us

Posted on 09/19/2002 4:08:35 AM PDT by Chairman_December_19th_Society

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail! [President Bush]

Good morning!! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

The UN is likely to grant Iraq a full year under an "inspection" regime before it is willing to say Iraq is "non compliant" and seek other courses of action.

British newspapers are concerned the UN will become irrelevent if the US acts unilaterally.

The Sun reports former PM Major as saying the United States would respond to an Iraqi use of WMDs by conducting an above-ground nuclear test in the Baghdad area.

And President Bush is sending to Congress a resolution that will authorize him to act soon with military force, notwithstanding the UN concerns, in the event Saddam does not quickly relinquish his WMDs.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

Well, he flat out denied there was EVER an offer for bin Laden.

That was because 97 said so last Sunday on Meet the Depressed, and Begala said so earler today.

Talking points must be out.

Hillary in Shock Denial: Says Bill Wasn't Offered Bin Laden

Begala: Clinton Didn't Fumble Bin Laden, Bush Did!

You know - everyone's got to keep to the same story and keep it straight.

So.
I am out in the back, pruning a bit ... picking ... TOMATOES ... when I hear this strange noise ... a low humming ... with a higher pitcher mixed in ... I straighten and look up to see two glorious fighter jets ... they seemed to be only 40 or 50 feet off the ground ...LOL! ... they must have been higher ... racing through the mid-morning sky ... chasing another, larger ... fat looking plane.

Wowsers ... I was awed ... stunned ... and oddly fatalistic.

Turns out ... they were scrambled to escort this Belgium plane to BWI ... it was lacking authorization the land.

b4! Your pretty bomber planes paid me a visit! *grins*

I am getting very tired of hearing x42 lie....even if it is a repeated lie on tape that I've read, not heard.

Good afternoon. We just had another shower here, so no yard work.

I am getting ready to go to the country-western music grocery store. I will listen to the music while there.

Back in a bit.

Both of your comments about *sparkles* made me feel better. Thank you!

lysie ... I've not been able to identify a pattern yet ... but your description of Terri ... and how happy a pup she is brightened me up, it did. *grins*

Well ... I was surrounded by out-of-control-liberals-there's-an-oxymoron yesterday ... HAR!

Alas, I'm looking over the George Washington University web site to see what event hubby and I could go to during Colonials Alumni week-end, and I'm thinking I should go since I've earned the right and have never attended one of these functions. So there! All of a sudden, I see the entertainment is a Jay Leno show, and in the listing of events is a "reunion" of sorts of the "Democrat women's luncheon".

sigh No wonder I 've never been and skipped the "big" graduation ceremonies where Maddy "Not-so-Bright" was the speaker.... looking back, maybe I shouldn't call her that - look where she's been and the money she's made...sigh then again, I've never been mistaken for a washer woman either.

Looking back, do I really want to? Look back, that is, at the x42 administration?

Each time I hear that tape ... I am reminded of Miss Marple's dream sequence ... but I hope I do not have gray hair when it happens. I grow impatient ...

Chair ... I think you will appreciate this ... Ehrlich announced some of the plans he has for reducing the over 1 BILLION dollar hole we are in .... slots at the tracks will bring in 360 million ... and ... LOL! ... selling the "state" airplane ... and the "state" box seats at both stadiums ... and the "state's" fleet of limos will bring in an addional 7 million.

This guy is cracking me up ... little kathy want to increase taxes ....

Holding ...I honestly think I would rather stay home and clean the stuff which has gathered behind the fridge ... more enlightening, I am sure.

That's sad, really sad considering I am a graduate! Well, it was convenient!

So glad to hear of your *sparkles* and how he is doing ok in spite of the episodes. They are a real plaesure, these companions of ours.

Someone on the thread, I think it was lysie or kayak offered to post pictures of Panda for me. I can't remember who was so kind....

A friend just sent this to me via email. I think I'll share it with y'all.

The Saudi Ambassador to the UN has just finished giving a speech and walks out into the lobby where he meets President Bush.

They shake hands and, as they walk, the Saudi says, "You know, I have just one question about what I have seen in America."

President Bush says, "Well your Excellency, what is it?"

The Saudi whispers, "My son watches this show, 'Star Trek,' and in it there are Russians, and blacks, and Asians, but never any Arabs. He is very upset. He doesn't understand why there are never any Arabs in Star Trek."

President Bush laughs and leans toward the Saudi, and whispers back, "It's because it takes place in the future."

A full frontal assault is what it looks like to me, otherwise known as revisionist history.

revisionist history. I wonder just when that term came into being? We seem to hear it applied more and more often interms of the last full decade.

Are they sitting at the kichen table, working for the American People, while withholding the blank check?!
