You can report whatever you want, just make sure you show that long post to him. You posted several screenfuls of what looked to be pro-Westerfield articles and you made the point that things aren't what they appear in the case. I remember you convinced someone else to check it out and they came back saying they never knew about all that information and my impression was it was about Westerfield being innocent. It appeared obvious to me you were making the case that Westerfield was being framed but I must admit after looking over the first article I knew it was trash and skipped the rest. It was about some investigator that walked into Danielle's room and instantly found a diary by Danielle on a shelf where she described fearing and being humiliated by her father or some sort of thing so the investigator was sure he was sexually molesting her. It's pretty hard to imagine after seeing this trash you weren't pro-Westerfield. If you want we can go back and dredge all this stuff but you should really stay on topic, if we want to see the Westerfield case we'll go to the threads on that, and the one article I read was outrageous.

You posted several screenfuls of what looked to be pro-Westerfield articles "what looked to be pro=Westerfield articles" is a long way from saying I said I had evidence that Mr. van Dam murdered his daugher.
my impression was it was about Westerfield being innocent.
Your impression? Is that the same as saying that I said I had evidence of Mr. Van Dam murdering his daughter?
It appeared obvious to me you were making the case that Westerfield was being framed
It appeared obvious? I am capable of putting my point across. Sometimes I use bold font for that purpose. I say what I mean. You don't have to think it obvious.
but you should really stay on topic, if we want to see the Westerfield case we'll go to the threads on that,
Excuse me, Sherlock, YOU ADDRESSED THE VAN DAM CASE...YOU FALSLY ACCUSED ME OF SOMETHING I DID NOT DO....you brought it up....NOT ME.
I have made them aware of you. They can do what they want.

What's that? Someone made the point that things weren't what they appeared in the Westerfield case? Well, Sherlock, they weren't! Have you read the recently-released stuff about the closed hearings? Here's some of what they covered: A man claimed to have seen Westerfield's motor home parked near a place called Coronado Cay, mid-morning the day after Danielle disappeared. He heard screams coming from the motor home. The man was not called as witness by the prosecution b/c he had a robbery conviction in his past. One of Westerfield's ex-wives claimed she had several times caught Westerfield coming into their home in the middle of the night, carrying binoculars. She figured he'd been peeping in windows. In the Westerfield/Van Dam neighborhood, there was a woman who used to exercise on a treadmill near a window. Her house had the same floor plan as the Van Dams'. One time she met Westerfield and was unsettled when he casually said to her, "oh, you're the one who exercises on the treadmill in your house." A woman claimed to have been the victim of "date-rape" by Westerfield in a motel room some years ago. Westerfield was married at the time, but was cheating on his wife. More than one witness said they saw Westerfield's motor home on Feb. 3 and 4, very near the place where Danielle's body was later found.
And, not that this necessarily reflects on Westerfield, but it has been alleged that his maternal grandfather, Eldon Marple, molested several young children, many of whom were relatives.
