Take for instance all those posts you made here on the Smart thread saying you had evidence that Mr. Van Dam sexually abused Danielle and murdered her to cover up for it and was trying to push the blame off on poor Mr. Westerfield

Listen, sherlock....you produce that post where I said I HAD EVIDENCE that Mr. Van Dam sexually abused Danielle and MURDERED HER !! And you better find it quick.

I have my post about Van Dam case. I used it as an illustration to show that in ANY case, you can't determine the outcome until all the evidence is in. In the Smart case, we have basically nothing of worth at this time.

You show me where I said I HAVE EVIDENCE VAN DAM MURDERED HIS DAUGHTER...What I did post was from Free Republic..the daily thread run by FresnoDA. On there they published a finding posted on a national web site by investigator's on the case. They printed out reports in the case as to the finding OF THE INVESTIGATIVE TEAM that went into the Van Dam home after the little girl was missing. THE INVESTIGATOR WAS LOOKING INTO POSSIBLE ABUSE BECAUSE OF WHAT WAS WROTE IN THE DIARY...in fact. the Judge in the case OMITTED the Diary as evidence. But it was there as evidence.There was also alot of evidence the Judge omitted, for his reasons.

I wrote my post to say at that time I was concerned about that little one.I believe Westerfield is the scum of the earth , and was never a sympathiser of his..I just watched the trial and it took a long time to hear evidence. I used the Westerfield trial as illustration, is all. And I never said that Mr. Van Dam murdered his daughter!!!! YOU RETRACT THAT, OR COPY/PASTE my post...if not..you are being reported for slander. START LOOKING FOR IT, LADY.SHOW EVERYONE ME SAYING MR. VAN DAM MURDERED HIS DAUGHTER AND I HAD EVIDENCE OF IT.

You can report whatever you want, just make sure you show that long post to him. You posted several screenfuls of what looked to be pro-Westerfield articles and you made the point that things aren't what they appear in the case. I remember you convinced someone else to check it out and they came back saying they never knew about all that information and my impression was it was about Westerfield being innocent. It appeared obvious to me you were making the case that Westerfield was being framed but I must admit after looking over the first article I knew it was trash and skipped the rest. It was about some investigator that walked into Danielle's room and instantly found a diary by Danielle on a shelf where she described fearing and being humiliated by her father or some sort of thing so the investigator was sure he was sexually molesting her. It's pretty hard to imagine after seeing this trash you weren't pro-Westerfield. If you want we can go back and dredge all this stuff but you should really stay on topic, if we want to see the Westerfield case we'll go to the threads on that, and the one article I read was outrageous.

I'm trying to find that information you posted so we can let the group decide. Do you remember what day you posted it? It was several screenfuls. The article of the investigator was from someone's website and was so far-fetched, she walked into the room and immediately saw Danielle's diary on the shelf, I found it clearly not believable and someone's propaganda. I made no response to that post because I felt sorry for you if you believed that article. The obvious indication of claiming Westerfield was being framed then painting Mr.Van Dam as sexually abusing Danielle was to me to lead to the conclusion he had killed her. I don't remember if it specifically said that. If you have some kind of evidence this article was credible I'd like to see it because I certainly find it near impossible to believe it was credible. I have never said anything positive about the Van Dam's, I think if it weren't for their lifestyle their daughter would still be alive today, but this website article, which included more that just the part about her going into the house and finding the diary, seemed to be to be intended to cast aspersion on Mr. Van Dam as the killer. Let's take a look at the article again.
