I hope no one has to *lose a child* to such horrific violence...

Great news, but.......... will he die of old age before he fries? Kalif. has executed ten murders in twenty years, there are over 500 on death row right now, sooooooo I would say the answer is Old Age..........

What reasonable doubt? How did he get her out of the house leaving NO evidence?
How did he get rid of her body after Feb. 14-16.(date the bug experts established and testified.) He was under constant watch after Feb 4.
Two spots of DNA, one hair in the drain, some fibers in his motorhome is not enough evidence if he had her there all those hours the "assn't" DA claimed. The motorhome had been parked at his residence approx one year before the home owners assn made him move it. Plenty of time for Danielle to have played inside it unnoticed.
I am not anti death penalty. I think they have the wrong person convicted in this case.

LOL! Nothing surprises me.....

sooooooo I would say the answer is Old Age..........I am of the impression that child molesters/killers don't last long in prison. Does anyone know if that is true or just legend ?
To: Joe Hadenuf
Quick??? Took what, two weeks in Calif
We could have done it in 2 hours here in Texas...

you won't see me here. A little disenchanted?

Easy, you can walk into and out of a residence without leaving any evidence.
The defense bug experts were wrong.
She never played in his motorhome.
Case closed. Verdict: DEATH.....

How did he get her out of the house leaving NO evidence?Walked. Besides whomever the killer was they got out without evidence being left.
How did he get rid of her body after Feb. 14-16.(date the bug experts established and testified.) He was under constant watch after Feb 4.
she wasn't. She was left the same night she was kidnapped. The bug guys science can't handle the desert conditions nor the mummification of a small child.
No one ever saw her or any other child near the home. Further, DNa evidence from hair degrades over time. Further, none of this explains dna/blood on jacket.
I am not anti death penalty. I think they have the wrong person convicted in this case.
I'm anti-death penalty and feel that at least they will put to death a guilty man.

Little Danielle now plays and romps in the company of angels.

"The motorhome had been parked at his residence approx one year before the home owners assn made him move it."
That's not true anyway...
To: 76834
I know, you guys in Texas would have found him guilty much quicker, however, I was actually talking about how this came about in the media in the last hour or two. There was some confusion involved regarding weather the jury reached a verdict or not, and then it came in very quickly. I should have been a little more specific....My fault.
To: I. Ben Hurt
Funny, I thought that that was his previous motorhome, and this one was purchased less than a year ago.
How did Danielle's remain undegraded and identifiable in the sink drain for so many months? It had not been in the neighborhood since the previous fall.
I just don't buy the "played in the MH" theory. It isn't reasonable doubt, it is grasping at straws.

No, you stupid slug (and I mean that in the NICEST POSSIBLE WAY)- but it WILL keep this particular monster from killing any MORE little girls! Because of bleeding heart morons like YOU, even the "life without parole" murderers almost always get out of prison far short of "life"- so the death penalty seems very worthwhile. Too bad it isn't applied a hell of a lot more often!
