The military deployed anti-aircraft missile batteries around the National capital yesterday for a four-day defensive exercise. The exercise is designed to test the integration of F-16 combat air patrol and ground level portable missile defense.

President Bush has stated it is not the job of the United States to determine who rules in a post-Saddam Iraq.

I, too, would like to see some real anger and outrage at ALL of the unanswered attacks we have had ...Sept.ll, Oklahoma City, The USS Cole, Kohbar Towers, and others I can't think of right now but was thinking of last night. They got to thinking we were soft, we've got to show them we aren't.

I'm with you on expressing the anger part!

I've been wearing a pin that shows the pentagon with a black ribbon wrapped around it. I wear it to mourn two folks I knew that worked in the Pentagon finance area - which was "ground zero" at the Pentagon.

There will be a ceremony where I work tomorrow at 1:00 PM. I've worn that pin for a year. But, tomorrow, I'll take that pin off - - the year of mourning is over - - and I'll demand we start kicking some serious @$$ !!!
