New thread...
You and your types have quoted and misquoted old articles over and over again casting dispersion on the family and neighbors. The only family member you've singled out is Uncle Tom and that's because he had some blood in the water over the SL Tribune's trash reporting. Of course there were the accusations Ed did it so Liz wouldn't tell people about his gay internet porn or that he was sexually abusing her. The reason you haven't singled anyone elso out is because you don't have any names, neither police nor the media have speculated any family members or neighbors were involved. It's certainly not out of any respect or virtue on your part. Look how fast you were ready to arrest that Mormon bishop and how mad you all were the Mormon church was protecting him in this. Not to mention all your postings that Elizabeth was a little slut hussy that had run away with her boyfriend and all for weeks after LE published they had excluded this as a possibility. I wouldn't hurt your arms patting yourselves on the back, lakey.
I asked a question once before about the Ricci lovers on this thread. There are people that fall in love with these bad guys, write to them, want to rehabilitate them, marry them - do whatever it takes. Sick pups!
I'm sure you meant to say "trusted person in the neighborhood".
Are you going for a daily distortion record? It's not like you haven't been told this before - about twenty times. Why do you need to lie? Can't you defend your case without lying?
You made a major error here, varina, and admitted you can understand things when it fits your strategy to do so. This was a post to S-G's denial the phone call from Angela was on May 30 as shown below:
What is going on here is the police have record of Angela making a phone call to Moul on May 30.
Where does this tidbit come from?
the electronic fuel pump was probably shot and Moul (as with many so-called reputable repairmen) fixed it long enough to have it break down again so that it would be returned for more repairs.
Perfect except for the "gazing out the window". I would have chosen "glazing out the window", LOL.
You've got one part right. LE hasn't singled out anybody. Now, even you must find that somewhat odd.
I print a lot but that doesn't mean I read it all. There's too much else to read, and if you didn't have your head up your rear, you'd broaden your interests.

You know, Jolly Green, Angela Ricci has a reason to lie in this case. What I don't understand is these people with no dog in this fight that are continually, blatantly lying to defend the Riccis and cast dispersion on the Smart family. What is their motivation? Contempt for decency? Or is it your Post 342?
Angela said that she read Richard failed his polygraph. I'm pretty sure I read that too.
By the 8th of June I think that Rick and his friend were probably in a semi panic mode not knowing how far LE had progressed in the case. For all they knew LE may have already had an APB out on the Jeep. Rick may have tried to sneak the Jeep back onto the lot without Moul seeing him but was not successful. We don't know for sure about the evidentiary value in the items Rick removed but we can assume that the seat covers were potentially damning. I base this on Angela and other family members stating that the Jeep never had seat covers and Mouls contradictory statements that it did, not only that day but on the previous visit to the shop as well.
If there was an innocent reason for removing the seat covers he could not reveal that without first acknowledging that he did in fact have possession of the Jeep. Why he chose to remove them at Mouls is a mystery at this point and maybe forever. I would chalk it up to not thinking about it until he arrived at the garage. After all there could have been a dead body in the blue van across the street to worry about.
It goes without saying that the Ricci's had little respect for Moul. On LKL Angela mocked his accent and insinuated that he couldn't keep track of who owned what Jeep. There is also the bottom line fact that if this had gone to court it could have come down to Ricci's word against Mouls and might of provided the reasonable doubt a jury would need to acquit.
I think the kidnapper may have used his white or silver Honda but then met someone else in a remote site up in the hills above Tomahawk and there blindfolded Liz then walked her back to where the Jeep was hidden and put her in.
I think if another vehicle was used during the abduction then it was used as a lookout. I think that the Jeep and only the Jeep was used to transport Elizabeth while she was alive. As for the blue van I think that her body would have been wrapped in plastic to prevent any DNA from contaminating that vehicle.
There are plenty of names - 70+ Smarts. And don't forget the neighbors.
Danielle van Dam knew her neighbor-killer.
Samantha Runnion's killer had seen her when visiting his girlfriend.
The Hansen girl's father was friends with Javier whatshisname.
And those are the recent ones.
The problem with this, from my standpoint, is the man fitting the description and clothing of the kidnapper was in a sedan in Shriner's parking lot. They would have had to change vehicles sometime after leaving the parking lot and before the kidnapping. Also the kidnapper would have had to blindfold Elizabeth before she saw the Jeep or she might have recognized it and there wouldn't have been a convenient way to do this out in the street unless the accomplice met the kidnapper & Liz before she saw the Jeep.

SMART SEARCH
The family of missing 14-year-old Elizabeth Smart will conduct a search of Spanish Fork and Diamond Fork canyons on Saturday, said David Smart, Elizabeth's uncle.
Diamond Fork Canyon is about 8 miles up Spanish Fork Canyon, and while part of Diamond Fork Canyon has been closed, searchers will concentrate on the mouth of the canyon and the first few miles, Smart said Thursday.
While a number of searches have traversed the canyons, that particular area has not been covered. Volunteers can search on foot, on horses or on all-terrain vehicles, he said.
Thank you.
