I have to say a few things to you.

I have been on this case since June 8th. I have seen things, found evidence and heard things (no its not the story about imagration canyon either), I was not the only one witnessing what I witnessed. I cannot tell you what these are because of what it all intails and that elizabeth hasn't been found.
When she is found I will tell you what these are, because, I believe the public has a right to know.
I have been in certian places that are part of the case. I have been followed and not by criminals. These followings where to find out what I knew without talking to me (fbi are very strange in the way they work) so I just took them to the places I knew about and then let them search out these areas. I feel that in no way they would have found out about these places but now they have them staked out. (I went to see for myself and they are there). I now know what LE knows and LE knows what I know. Everything fits, all the pieces of the puzzle have been put together up to a certian point. This point is bringing Elizabeth home whether she is alive or dead.
I will state however, Ricci is involved. Keep searching him out. Some of you are on to the right track as to some of the events that took place but its alittle different than what you've said, so keep going.
Yes I have been scared and still somewhat scared, but now feel that I am in safe hands. There is one more important person to this case that is involved and is still out there, however there are more involved but some might not even know that they are involved. I realized this yesterday and then found out for sure that what I was thinking is true.
Most likely at this time Elizabeth is still alive because we were unable to find a body and feel that if she were dead that this would have been the most convienant place for them to put the body or if she was alive and left because of riccis arrest she would have been here. There is proof that she was in this particular place.

I am not associated with LE. I am not a writer. I haven't even done this sort of thing before. I am not a psycic. I am a person that greatly cares about Elizabeth, I don't even care about her family its just her, I guess being a mother and also being incharge of teenage girls it really gets to you. I care because when I was finding things I wondered why me and all that kept running through my mind is because noone here is listening. I am one who believes that nature and everything around you can talk to you if you stop and listen, keep an open mind and watch for the three answers. (posted about that earlier). When your searching and thinking about things on this case my advise is to listen with your heart thats where the truth lies.

When all else fails attack the used car salesman! :)

It looks like they had more than one vehicle that went into the shop.

I think Sherlock was saying that she at first denied ever calling and now says she did.

Phone records probably support there was a phone call made.

You need to read all of Post 103, it shows where she changed her story. Here she admits to calling about the electronic fuel pump which is what was repaired on May 30. She's changing her story to a new one where there were so many white Jeeps there Moul couldn't keep track of them. Smoke. Spin. BS!

RICCI: I don't know. I don't even think the Jeep has anything to do with the disappearance, to be honest with you. I just think if it was Rick's Jeep that was gone, it was just weird timing. Now, I did call the mechanic at one time, and this is important to me. I called him one time to talk to him about the mechanical problem. The mechanic went into a different mechanical problem. I said, no, the electronic fuel pump. and he conveyed to me, oh, I have two, three white Jeeps here now.

The guess is that a terrorist came into the cockpit and the pilot made rudder deflections to try to throw him off balance and it resulted in a full rudder deflection that caused it to rip off the horizontal stabilizer, dooming the aircraft.

I hadn't heard this theory before. It makes some sense but Airbus still needs to build planes that won't come apart, no matter what a pilot does to manuever the jet. By the way it's good to have you back on the case Holmes.

Yes, great deduction. I'm sure you're right. And note she really doesn't admit to it plainly, you have to put 2 + 2 together to get it and she also throws in the smoke about the extra white Jeeps that could have confused Moul. Angela is a very clever, psycopathic liar and I'm sure she has learned many of her best lies, like throwing in the extra white Jeeps, from her P.R. person Pomeroy who is or was an employee of her attorney Smith who got her the $50,000 lawsuit settlement on her accident that she spent paying off Rick's debts.

Angela said she had her accident a year and a half ago and met Rick a year and a half ago. I'm sure this big lawsuit was a big lure she used to attract Rick. I would assume she settled her lawsuit back around February where Rick knew if he was going to get his bills paid off by Angela he was going to have to marry her. And why not marry a woman that drugs herself out every night after dinner leaving him all alone to go out and do drugs and cat around however he pleases. That's no marriage.

Thanks. The lady that's head of the NTSB (I think it was) held a news conference on this. I'm not so sure it was strictly an Airbus problem, it was pretty much a warning to all pilots that even small rudder movements, which is apparently what were detected on the flight data recorder, can result in a full deflection like happened in this case. I think the airspeed might have been a factor one way or the other too. It was at least 6 months ago this information was released.

FLDS Leadership Battle Is Predicted Thursday, September 12, 2002

BY BRANDON GRIGGS THE SALT LAKE TRIBUNE

Members of the nation's largest polygamist church say God will choose the successor to leader Rulon T. Jeffs, who died Sunday in St. George. But a former church member said Jeffs' successor will emerge through less divine means: a power struggle between two rival leaders.

Jeffs, who led the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for nearly 16 years, will be buried in Colorado City, Ariz., to day. R. Scott Berry, an attorney for the church, said an announcement about Jeffs' successor would not come before the funeral. Beyond its First Presidency, the church has no formal chain of command, he said.

But former member Ben Bistline, who lives in the Utah-Arizona border community where the sect is headquartered, said the new president will be either Jeffs' son, Warren Jeffs, or longtime patriarch Fred M. Jessop.

Warren Jeffs and Jessop comprised the FLDS Church's First Presidency along with the late Jeffs. Warren Jeffs, 46, has managed church affairs in recent years as his father's health declined, although Jessop, 92, is more popular with church members in the twin towns of Hildale, Utah, and Colorado City, Bistline said.

"The group here is . . . half loyal to Warren and half loyal to Fred," he said. "My personal opinion is that Warren won't be the leader. He doesn't have the support. Fred's the one who's got the [people's] devotion."

The FLDS Church has at least 6,000 members, most of them in Hildale and Colorado City. The isolationist communities have been dominated since 1935 by polygamists who split from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which abandoned plural marriage more than a century ago.

Rulon Jeffs, a former accountant who for years lived in a polygamous compound at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon, was estimated to have at least 19 wives. He died at age 92.

The funeral service is set for 3 p.m. to day at the FLDS Church's 4,000-seat meetinghouse in Colorado City.

In the mainstream LDS Church, the senior member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles traditionally ascends to the presidency following the death of a prophet. The succession process within the secretive FLDS Church is more mysterious. Church theology dictates the current prophet must handpick his own successor, but if Jeffs did so before he died, church officials are not saying.

"The leader is chosen by the Lord. It will be revealed to the First Presidency in time," said Colorado City Mayor Dan Barlow, who acts as FLDS Church spokesman. Barlow said the towns' mood since Jeffs' death has been subdued but purposeful. "I don't think there's any unrest," he said.

Bistline disagreed. The Colorado City man, who left the polygamous church in 1987, predicted "turmoil" as Warren Jeffs and Jessop grapple for leadership.

Although Jessop is only four months younger than the late Rulon Jeffs, he rode a horse in the desert towns' July 24 parade, Bistline said. Warren Jeffs, who until 1998 spent most of his time in Salt Lake City, is less familiar to people in the twin polygamist towns.

Do you suppose Elizabeth could be HERE?

What a slimy pile of nonsense! Sure does bother you that she allegedly paid off her husband's debts. That's what couple do who care about each other. Are you jealous of the Ricci's?

People in happy marriages don't knock themselves out on drugs every night. Remember how Thurber said he and Rick used to laugh about her getting somatosed. Remember the story about her face falling in her plate at dinner. Does that sound like a happy marriage to you? It may be normal for you, but it's not a happy scenario.

KING: Then there were other stories that you take medication that puts you in a deep sleep and he could have gone and you wouldn't have known he was gone?

RICCI: Well, I didn't have any medication at the time in question.

KING: Didn't?

RICCI: I did not at the time in question. I got in a severe car accident about 18 months ago. I was given the proper medication to take on an as-needed basis, and I've just been trying to recover from that.

Comment - So she has been hooked on the Soma's for the 18 months since she had her accident (the entire time she had known Richard Ricci. And now she's trying to claim she's been trying to get off them? If she is it's probably because her doctor won't give them to her any more, he was prescribing them to her for this great a length of time at risk of medical malpractice. Note she admits it is something you have 'to recover' from.

I don't think so as that is not there mode of operation. Most of the time they live in wayout places as it indicates here they live in Hildale and Colorado City. They are not into kidnapping but do raise up their own "brides".

but it tends to--by giving a plausible (IMO) explanation, other than involvement in Elizabeth's disappearance, for his stonewalling on the jeep issue.

Let's carry your scenario another step forward in time Devlish. Now that Richard is dead then I guess we will soon hear from lawyer Smith as to what really happened. After all, Angela is really broken hearted about the situation with the Smarts and now that the drug lords can no longer hurt her late husband then I'm sure she'll waive her husband’s lawyer client privilege. Then LE can start looking for the real perp just like OJ is searching the golf courses for Nicole’s murderer.

I didn't read this article but it seems to me there are similarities between the Moslem and the Mormon religion. Both were founded by a polygamist leader who was epilleptic that in their seizures had bona fide communication with angelic/demonic beings that gave them instructions for their religions.

Moslems are known to follow the customs of countries they reside in until they gain control and then they seal off the society to non-Muslims and the women are subjected to the treatment they are protected from by the U.S. constitution. There are no Americans living in Saudi, Iran, etc., any that have been or are there only live on American bases/compounds. There are no Jews allowed on the Arabian Peninsula.

Wouldn't it be true that the polygamists are more of a true representation of the Mormonism of Joseph Smith and Brigham Young? Weren't they both polygamists? And aren't there other men, more recent, that have given the Mormon Church it's current Madison Avenue flair and more culturally acceptable face?

What a slimy pile of nonsense!

Perhaps slimy, but certainly not nonsense. There is a possibility that Rick and Angela were truly in love with each other. They may have looked at the $50K as a way to get a fresh start, going straight, and staying clean. The one sad fact though is that money in the pocket of someone with a drug problem can cause real problems. It appears that both Rick and Angela got more involved with drugs during this time. As the money began to evaporate they would have been looking for ways to continue fueling their habits. The bank robbery and burglaries weren't worth the risk. Maybe it was time to make a really big score. Just a thought.

That's like saying because they wore the same size shoe then they must have been identical twins. Stick to sleuthing Holmes and save your prejudiced views for some other venue.
