I just got back from my first water aerobics class at the YWCA..........this one is a little more demanding than the one I took this summer............and I am beat.......But I am determined to stick with it.
Glad I don't start teaching till next week..........give me a chance to work into my new schedule incrementally.............lots of new stuff starting up this fall.
