All I meant was that your statement about what I was thinking and my response to your question of When you read this, did it immediately come to you that this was a good decision, and a thought out one that would bring merit? Honestly?

And honestly, I gave my answer. Yes, I do think the Smarts are grasping at straws, but who knows, perhaps one of those straws may turn out to be the answer. And the sad part is that if these are the types of leads that the police have, I'm afraid Elizabeth is gone for forever, and this case won't ever be solved. But how can they give up? I've heard via the grapevine (friend of a friend of a friend) that the SLPD has very few resources on the case now.

Aw, don't believe that. I think Elizabeth is alive. I really do..and we have to have that thought now. Hope.

I believe the LE is doing just fine. I think they knew in the beginning (they stated so) who did this, and when the last puzzle piece is found...we will see.

Always remember, Jeanne Boyland said she is very impressed with what they have and how they are handling it. She is credible to me because of her credentials. I always keep in mind, the best thing the PD has done, is not play their cards on television.!! Think about that.
