This reminds me of the old Benny Hill skit, where Benny plays Fred Scuttle, a store dick, who gets slapped when checking out the woman in the produce dept. claiming he thought she had stowed away two big melons up her jumper...

He had his hands outstretched too, feeling up her jumper for pilfered melons...

Watch where you put those hands, a sharp slap may be coming...or depending on the lass, it may be a soft moan...

Uh oh. USA today's website has this:

The results now sit at 68.25% say the words "under God" should stay in the pledge.
31.75% say they should be removed.
The poll is from June. USA today is continueing it, probably in hopes of getting such an American thing removed from the Pledge.
Oh how they hate Patriotism.

Habs...I loved Benny Hill...yes, he was seemingly obsessed with ladies boobs, and ladies butts and all the ladies parts....

He sure was funny....my favorite character was always Fred Scuttle, and his little salute, when he first came on for his interview....I always enjoyed the little skit, where he and that short old guy, 'little Jackie' built their own spaceship...but it was really just a ruse, to get young nubile, busty chicks into their spaceship, for a little space fun....

I have seen Bean, tho I have heard he is really funny...sometimes British humor takes some getting used to, but well worth the effort...

A funny little tale...When my brother died, I was in North Carolina..I took the kids and went back to Chicago for the funeral...mom and dad, were of course, a wreck, and it was up to me, to make sure things were going smoothly...

The funeral home had told us what time their limo would be at my parents home, in order to pick us up and take us to the funeral home...I stood at the front window, watching for them to pull up..they arrived right on time...

Mom came to the window, and screamed out loud, in a nervous, startled way....something like "Come take a look, the limo driver is little Jackie from the Benny Hill show"...well we all ran to the window....

Of course, it was not little Jackie, but could have been his twin brother....it gave us all a little chuckle, at a very obvious terrible time....

I hated to see that show go off the air, it could always make me laugh..

I know that Benny Hill himself has been dead for many years now...every so often, one of the channels here will run some of his old episodes...

BigDom also ordered a few VCR tapes of Benny Hill....

I just thought he was a genius....he wrote almost all the scripts and songs, and of course, there was always a lot of ad libbing going on....

I keep trying to remind myself to bring this up, and finally have remembered....

For all those who were on the old days on L.com, and even might have posted on Pipebomb...do you remember Mr. Peabody?

I found out a couple of days ago, quite by accident, from SunnyUSA, that Mr. Peabody died....he apparently got sick early in the year, and died around the middle of March...he was diagnosed with lung cancer...he was only 44....he was survived by his wife....sadly, Mr. Peabody and his wife had been married for some time, and it was not until after several years, that they were going to have a baby...but his wife miscarried....and now Mr. Peabody, himself has died...just thought some of you who remember him, would appreciate being informed of his death....
