I got scorched and blistered many times as a child. We didnt have sunscreen... just coppertone "tanning" lotion, but that was usless as soon as you jumped in the pool.

We didnt have sunscreen... just coppertone "tanning" lotion, but that was usless as soon as you jumped in the pool. LOL .. I used cooking oil once and fried myself to a crispy critter ..

Cooking oil! That wasn't a clue??
I remember smelling all the coconut oil at the beach. When I worked at the theater I learned that coconut oil is what we pop popcorn in that makes it taste so good at theaters.

Been real busy today doing office work that I put off all last week durning cirsis #2 with Missie. and trying to catch up on the news in these here parts.

Time to put the cats to bed and me too. Got appointments tomorrow...but hope to catch up on the fun around the playpen tomorrow.
Nite nite all..sleep well and Mo..make some tea and take a bath in it..the tannic acid will pull the heat out.

The best part was I use to wait on table in those days and I had to go to work that night ..
I have no idea how I finished that shift but let me tell you .. I WAS IN A LOT OF PAIN .. lol
