I have been told by an attorney, to NEVER talk to the police. He says that you should always say that you don't want to discuss that right now. Just make up a story, say your too tired, have a head ache, you have to go to the bathroom and throw up. Say anything, but get out of there. Make them come and get you before you discuss anything.

I have been told by an attorney, to NEVER talk to the police. Given my reputation with the local Gestapo, they now know better than to even try to ask me questions, since I have a few of my own for them; ones they don't want to answer. All I have to do to get them to go away is to tell them I want to give them a copy of my RICO complaint as a citizens report of criminal activity and insist they give me a case number. After all, how can they investigate a crime without a case number? You'd think I had the plague! :-)

If they come to your door ever ask if you could step outside, say 'Yes'. When they ask you to step outside, tell them 'not in this lifetime'. You step outside towards them, 'you were attempting to assault them'. If they ask if they can come in, "Are you nuts?". Always maintain a safe distance from them, and if you need for them to step away from the door 7-10 feet, tell them to do so. Only open the door a crack so you can shut and lock it immediately. You do not have to talk to them, EVER! No subpoena, no citation, no search warrant, no warrant for your arrest, "Get off of my property. If you ever get one, give me a call and I will come down and pick it up."
