cyncooper, I think Feldman was really wound up in his closing statement and some of the things he said were disjointed. Every Google search I have done on the Westerfield rape videos brings up animated rape video nothing about a real rape scene. The below article says the animated child rape was his motive for the murder. If there was a real person rape video than I would say the person definitly was over 18. because it is this animation that they think was his motive.

SAN DIEGO ---- Prosecutors in the case of accused child murderer David Westerfield believe Danielle van Dam was molested before she was killed and they said in court documents released Monday that Westerfield's computer animation of a sexual assault on a young, pig-tailed girl showed his motive for the crime. I agree, Spunks. It is not totally clear and Feldman was wound up. What interests me was his urging the jury to find that the females in the "rape videos" (his term) were over eighteen and therefore the videos were not illegal. Obviously age would not apply to animations.
