Unlike the PROSECUTION, DEFENSE is not allowed to use IMAGINARY EVIDENCE. I.E. Feldman couldn't say a TOOTH was used to plant DNA if he had no evidence of a TOOTH in possession of the SDPD.
DUSEK, however, is trying to convict DW on a 'missing' blue blanket, 'missing' black boots', orange/blue/grey fibers from an 'unknown' source, and an 'imaginary' RAPE!
