Just keep the buns away from the grill....Al should spend his days cleaning the pool, cuttin' grass and yelling at the TV.
Not cooking.

Bella/Bill was BIG as well....6'1, 200+ lbs....whole lotta woman, whole lotta love ;-)When she used to make sandwiches, some guys would visibly blanch thinking where her hands had been.
To: palo verde
Was Artie the film auteur, the one that made his Fellini knock offs with pals of yours from the Bronx?? You never did tell us if there is a young Palo captured on celluloid in her scrambled egg days ;-)
To: HairOfTheDog

Glad you like it!
I don't like the heat either... It is cool and a bit overcast so far this morning but it will get warm later they say!
And I have to get to work... even on Assumption of the Virgin Day.
To: grannie9

Good morning all, for its still morning time here...temp right now is just a cool 56, due to rise to 82 today...
I have a very huge bush in my backyard, that always begins turning colors, usually by mid august...this year however, it actually started the color changing a few weeks early, more at the beginning of August...right now, its really got a lot of yellow leaves on it...so autumn, is definitely on its way....
Happy Feast Day to all us wimmen on DD, virgins, friends of virgins, former virgins, we are all included...
All pics being posted are greatly appreciated...It makes our thread not only fun and entertaining and informative to read, but lovely to look at as well...
To: grannie9
I will just bet that the Fox and Friends Show will love your before and after pics...they may even show them, as a followup instruction, of how NOT to do these chickens...that would be hysterical, and BigAls chickens will be famous, on nationwide TV...
To: habs4ever
Your Bella/Bill story leaves me with visions of Nicole Bass dancing thru my head. ;-)
To: habs4ever
Artie was a folksinger

loddy, notice what a wild bunch our military dames are Yes, I learned back in '96 that military women can be... very persistent.
It's been in the 90's here for the week.. will be on into next week here in N.Y. as well. Needless to say, my 'puter doesn't like the heat. So it crashes with alacrity.
Then it tells me that my card is not accepted. And that my cat is taking over, and my (dead) car is actually sentient and out to get me. This all after it takes my wallet and kicks me in the shins.
So I have been offline for most of the week.
Been working on a drawing, haven't scanned it yet.. it's not done, but here's the setup: There's a standing figure in front of a somewhat lazy slipper tub, and antique faucet on the wall to the left (Dolphin shaped.. as in the Navy style dolphins). The figure is a semi clad female, with a 1910-1920's style single piece sheer robe (I've only seen two examples of this robe.. both time-worn.) I can't think of anything to put in the background........ And that's where I am at with it.
I toyed with the idea of putting old style tiling in there, with wall paper.. but it wouldn't 'fit' right.. The feel would be off. So I am open to suggestion here. No, not that kind of suggestion.
