Mudd said if they wanted to review testimony...they would let the baliff know and they would be returned to the courtroom to have it read to them....they should be patient as it may take some time.

He said a new one was $8 and he wasn't going to pay that.

Dumsh@t is just that. I cannot understand why the entire jury hasn't come to that conclusion by now and delivered a verdict of Not Guilty.

Christ,he'd burn up any potential savings in fuel going to go get the used one. This guy doesn't sound like the sharpest chisel in the toolbox.
To: sawsalimb
Exactly.
To: John Jamieson
Maybe things have to be used by others to have meaning to him.

I've no idea what or whose cat(s) John Melia has been around, but my cat didn't resemble
anything like the ones he's described.
My cat's litter box did not smell (it's called daily cleaning by me.) One never puts a cat's litter box anywhere near their feeding dishes. Any left over food in my cat's dishes was tossed out immediately.
My cat was never boorish! He never smelled bad. In fact, he was the cleanest animal I'd ever had or seen.
He never would eat any type of fish. He did get liver, (rarely), because the breeder & vet said he should have it.

Baillif to read--
Geese, Can you imagine that poor baillif after a week of running back and forth. Back and forth in response to jurors who may challenge one anothers perceptions about what was heard, as to what was read, as to what was the actual testimony?

Denise was the only one, besides the vDs, to testify that Danielle was still alive at 8:30pm on Friday. That was the ANSWER, now, WHAT WAS THE QUESTION?
For $50.00, the Question was:
Why didn't Barb Easton Testify ???????????????????????????????
To: UCANSEE2
I agree. If it was just someone on the street, it might be understandable --- people who do sport wear warm-up jackets --- but it was a dry cleaner! They would use the correct terminology. What it does, is to take me back once again to the notion that the people in all of this who were initiating things were the van Dams.
DW may have had some ideas about porking Brenda, but that's about as far as I get with that. I don't see him ever focusing his attentions on Danielle.
In my mind, the ball was always with the van Dams. There are too many things there that don't make sense. All this kinky sex, the drugs, the strange people coming and going from the house at all hours of the night and day, the lying to to the cops, the drama in the courtroom, the spending binge, the PR agency, and on and on and on.
It never seems to stop with them.
I think the defense should have been allowed to include at least some of their "lifestyle" information in the evidence, and I think the porn should have been excluded as blatantly prejudicial. Mudd ruled the opposite way.

They just don't understand cats, won't try either.
Cats (much unlike dogs) are very particular where
they go potty (outdoor cats.) A dog will do it any
old place (usually where one steps), but a cat will
go into a corner and always buries his droppings.

The question is: "Why did Brenda buy Denise a house" (if she did).
