Neal lied on the stand...OK. So that's 1 liar for the DEFENSE and how many for the prosecution ? (Easier to give a percentage, like 80%).
To: UCANSEE2
Neal was a prosecution witness.

I don't recall DNA of DW's as being on the comforter from the dry cleaners.
1st tape lift..short and long black hairs..2 small pieces of brown paper..blue fiber..blue gray fiber.
2nd tape lift..short and long black hairs....brown and white blonde hairs (didn't notate length or if color treated)...black and white fibers.
2 dog hairs were also found.

I'll trade you my 2 baptized cats for 1 normal cat with personality. Baptizing cats does NOTHING.

One small nit to pick with your position on drugs--I don't know about marijuana, but meth is very dangerous. I agree, meth and cocaine both lead to psychosis with prolonged use.
This isn't the thread for it, and I know I am lagging, but to expand on my previous post....
Cocaine is so addictive, like heroin and many prescription drugs, that I think it should be severely limited, if not banned. Doctor only. LSD, I have no problem with, but any substance that allows a person to incapacitate a whole city with less than a gallon needs to be controlled, although the current penalties for possession are insane.
'Nuff said. Small-l probably doesn't like where I go with this, so don't tell her ;)
I just don't think marijuana is sufficiently dangerous to be regulated more severely than alcohol.

Actually NO. Neal was a witness for prosecution. Feldman didn't even cross him.
On a side note, CTV in their breaking news stated that the Westerfield jury is taking a bread. My kid said it was because juror 6 had to deficate. Those Court TV shills. This is as bad as NancyGraceless yapping because they dared to go to lunch.

"Neal was a prosecution witness. That's right. Therefore, all the prosecution witnesses lied or embellished.

In Westerfield's case, I wonder if this horrible thing has happened to him in order to bring him to God? He certainly has lost weight and sobered up.

Can someone clear up my confusion? Were the "blood" spots definately blood or just some DNA containing body fluid.
And were Layla's hairs (or probably Layla's hairs) found in the MH??
If the dog hair was in the MH, that would mean that either Danielle carried the hair in there during the kidnapping/murder, or that Layla had been in there which could cause one to believe that Danielle could have been in there to get her out.
All I need to have resonable doubt is to believe that Danielle could have been in MH before she disappeared. The fingerprint does not bother me because I know that when I wipe stuff down, I wipe down the areas that I would expect to see dirt. I rarely wipe down the vertical sides of cabinets, I just wipe down around the handles regularly. So I can believe that Danielle was in there awhile ago and left a print in a place that DW doesn't touch and therefore would not clean as often.
And if no one believes that Layla was ever in there, that would lead credibility to the transfer of trace evidence theory. If Danielle's body could have carried in dog hair, why couldn't LE have carried it in there?
For the record, I believe the bugs. Bugs are not driven by sex, drugs and rock-n-roll, they just do what they do. You don't have to figure their motivatation or if they have deep seated issues. The bugs have more credibility than most of the witnesses in this case.

You crack me up! Excellent points. :)

Brenda ASKED to go in, to see the kitchen remodel. Okay.
How does she know about the kitchen remodel? However she knows about it, it sounds like she might have been doing more socializing than selling GS cookies. At least, if I was DW, I might have thought so.

I think he lied about looking at porn the day his father was at the station. Feldman brought this out through the computer expert, I think it was Watkins.

Those were great pictures, Judy. I never thought I'd hear myself say, "What a good-looking tail!" BUT.......LOL. Their tails ARE beautiful. And so are they.

Would anyone like to guess as to who paid off a FL mortgage, under their maiden name, 8 days after Denise testified??
Just found the timing a little odd.

I just loved all the Maine Coon stories. They reminded me so much of my cat. She was a kitten living at the church and being fed by the organist. I first saw her on Christmas Eve in 1968. The lady insisted I take her home. |
I name her Potato Face (those that know me will be able to recogize me without my handle now). I had her before husband and children. I was married with one child when we moved into a 2 story home. The German Shepherd across the street decided to check us out several days after we moved in. I'd have given anything if cam corders were in use in those days. Anyway, I opened the door to the garage and Potato Face saw the dog. She charged out the door and the next thing I knew she was riding him out of the garage. That dog was making a terrible noise. Potato Face jumped off. She lived 20 years and died in 1988. About 4 years ago I heard a lonely meow across the street the day after Christmas. I was adopted. The cat is so large I'm sure he must be part Maine Coon. We named him Henceforth. |

All of the possible Layla hairs came back non reportable from the DNA....so no proof that Layla was ever in the MH.

Why should gangsters make all of that money, when we could save money foolishly spent on a phony War on drugs? Instead, it should be legalized and taxed. Taxpayers would be a whole lot better off, just like they were when they ended prohibition. W could turn this whole economy and the deficit around so fast it would have ppl's heads spinning.
