AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 567) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
August 10, 2002 | All of Us

Posted on 08/10/2002 5:08:42 AM PDT by Chairman_December_19th_Society

We will not tire, we will not falter and we will not fail! [President Bush]

Good Morning!! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

WorldCom's fraud has now hit $7 billion.

97, the junior Senator from New York, will donate money she received from indicted ImClone founder Sam Waksal to charity.

But not all of it. She received $33,000. She will donate $7,000 to an as yet to be named charity. The remaining $26,000 was already donated to the demonflop Senatorial Campaign Committee's New York Senate 2000 - which is a soft money account set up on 97's behalf. 97 suggested the Committee donate the $26,000 to charity - but conveniently the Committee remarked that the money had already been spent.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

The AP poll comes out today for college football. Looks like the Vols may do well (I live a three-wood shot from the TN vols stadium).

AND IT IS A WONDER A.M. TO ALL OUT IN THIS VAST LAND OF FREEPERS IN FREEPER LAND, USA FROM THE MS GULF COAST, USA!!!!

Yeah, back is better this A.M., must have slept wrong of 'sumptin' like that. Ahhhh, feels good so, will cut my yard today.

JH2 posted an excellent article, which he always does, written by Jerry Falwell, read it if you get the chance, so true it is. Falwell had a program on Daystar last night, bout the public schools, the REALLY made made me agree with him. My gd is going to Christian school this year and will be able to say, Jesus, Christ, not so in the public schools.
I remember in the public schoos I went to where the principle said a prayer every morning on the PA system, he was Jewish at that and the prayers were of the Christian type, one student was asked to say a prayer at the start of homeroom, if you wanted to pray as group at lunch, you did, it was a part of life. Looke at what it is today, what a shame, what a shame.

Hill-0-ree, what can you say, nothing so there.

Dick Army, whats wrong with him, it IS time for him to retire. For some reason I just think that Army does not like OUR President W, seems like there is a riff there for some reason, you get the same feeling? Sorry he feels that way cause its fixin to happen, too may signs in the air, trains with military equipment on the move, more training by the Jet fighters, it coming, sooner than later. To Mr. Army, Bye.

Congress, I hope that W has the vote taken one critter at a time on war with Iraq, see who is with us, who is against us. Does anyone think that Say-Damn is not supporting the radicals? He hates freedom and for some reason he has got it in his head that HE is the leader of the Arab world and, he can't be touched. I think the first Scud he fires at Israel he is going to find out as the other Arab nations did, 4 times at that, that he 'done' pushed the wrong button on the wrong country. It won't be like last time for sure.

It is time for cup # 3 at d house so, off for that cup, hope it is everyday type coffee, she had some yesterday that wasn't so good. She does this to me every once in a while, I took her a can of folgers last night, sure hope she got the message.

Prayers for all to be safe this day, to be free from illnesses and for those with special prayer needs, here we are, waiting to help and, for OUR President W, please, strong prayer for him and, as always, for the elderly, always in waiting to help you with whatevrer needs we can help you with, and may I say, its fun to be in the ranks of the elderly. Have a good day.

Good morning everyone! I have been up since before dawn, cooked a big breakfast, load of laundry in, cleaned the kitchen and got the sprinklers running. I am determined to get the house under control today...too many toys and things lying around! LOL!

My husband asked me what I wanted to do for our anniversary on the 20th, and I couldn't think of anything except eating out! It is our 25th, and what we did to celebrate was send our daughter to Europe and babysit grandchildren. LOL!

Guennie, I think we are going to try to see Signs tonight as well.

Caught Mr. Marple feeding the stray cats that hang around in the tree line at the edge of the subdivision. One cat keeps sneaking into our garage whenever the door is open. He tells me he doesn't want to adopt them, you see, but he doesn't want them to starve. Har!

I am with you on the coffee thing. I do not like flavored coffee...I want the plain stuff. Nothing is worse than looking forward to a cup of coffee and finding out all that is available is vanilla, cinnamon, or some such thing doctored up with sugar. I like plain, strong, black coffee...but then my family drank coffee from when we were in junior high. I can't remember starting the day without it! LOL!
