Also, all 12 speculate about how the murder probably happened? A cannot do. You know, I think those are all things which jurors are supposeded not to do are which they are instructed not to do, but...
I think responsible jurors can actually break many of those "rules", so long as they are legitimately in the process of getting at the truth. Instructions notwithstanding.

In that case, you would be breaking the law/court rules. It's in the instructions/charges to the jury. Besides, you would have to get the cooperation of the other jurors and I don't think they would go along with you (on breaking the law/judges charges to the jury.)
