SAN DIEGO, California (CNN) --A San Diego jury began deliberations Thursday in the trial of David Westerfield, accused of kidnapping and killing 7-year-old Danielle van Dam.

The panel of six men and six women adjourned for the day without reaching a verdict. It is set to resume deliberations Friday.

Since Westerfield is in jail and has been since February, one can assume that if this was occurring on one of his computers, it had to be someone in San Diego law enforcement, not Westerfield. Which brings to mind the porn surfing on February 4th--it could not have been DW; Neal said it was not him. If we are to believe Neal, as Nasty Grace and others insist we must, then that leaves...

OK, so then we must conclude that the Van Dams are to be held accountable to a large degree.

But I would have looked very closely at the hypothetical baby-sitters and their group of invited guests, PRETTY LONG, before I'd set out to pin it on someone down the street...FIRST.

If you listen to what I am saying, minion, then you will know the basis for most of the questions we have concerning the handling of the LE in this case, albeit the Van Dams were the parents and victims.

If you wish to stay ignorant about what the jury was told on how to weigh the evidence and what the instructions mean, be my guest.

However, if you and others want to understand why you conclude differently than people like me then take a closer look at my adultery example. It sure helped me understand how many of you came to a conclusion that defies common sense.

One irate woman does not make a jury. Your evidence would probably get you divorced, but might not get you sentenced by a jury of your peers.

Do you suppose ALL of the clothes in Danielle's closet were HERS, or were clothes of other family members, or old clothes etc. stored there too? One could hardly have placed a pocket comb, much less a whole man the size of DW, into that closet!
