I have heard it stated that if you use Caps it means you are shouting. I wonder who made that rule? I use it for expression.
It could also be that theDeejay COPIED AND PASTED IT FROM THE TRANSCRIPTS THAT WERE ALL DONE IN CAPS. Now that was shouting. Are your ears ringing? ;-)
