Listening to court T.V. and from what is being said IT SOUNDS LIKE A VERDICT COULD BE COMING IN

CTV says e-mails have gone out to all the media etc. to be in court by 1:30 p.m. If it was just a question the jurors had why notify everybody to be back in court?

MY PREDICTION IS, IF IT IS A VERDICT THIS SOON, IT WILL BE A GUILTY VERDICT.

I don't think it is a verdict. Not in a DP case. Just my hunch.

I believe the judge cannot address jury questions without all parties present.

They always call everyone (including the media) in if
the jury has any question(s).

Before a verdict is reached, I want to reiterate something I said on another thread a couple of weeks ago. I stated to somebody, whose name escapes me, that if Westerfield is acquitted outright at this trial, that I would make a donation to FR. If he is convicted at this trial, I hope some of you here who were so sure he would be acquitted will make a donation to FR. Hung juries, appeals, new trials, etc. don't count.

I hope he's convicted, and if he isn't--well, then at least FR will benefit.

I have to disagree with you. A verdict this soon could only
mean Not Guilty. Why?...because at least one juror would
have to have second thoughts concerning the Bug evidence.
