why would be do that. If he does not approve of the verdict, can he not overrule the jury and decide for himself?

A judge can vacate the verdict or reduce the charge. But not until a verdict is returned. In April, Judge Mudd kept the jury 4 extra days, to try and force a decision.

Mudd has (several years back) reduced the charge from a murder case to voluntary manslaughter.

I don't think any judge can vacate a "not guilty" verdict, or if they could, be brave enough to try it.

I can agree with the other things you have said, but this part, I can't support. Nancy Grace has been qouted on here with TOTAL FABRICATIONS and LIES, and ADMITS she is ONLY FOR THE PROSECUTION, she doesn't care if DW is guilty or not.

Absent proof of jury tampering, a 'not guilty' verdict ends the case. No appeal, nothing else to be done except freee the accused. Even is proof of guilt is found later on, too bad.

Well, I have to go down town and jerk the chain of the prosecutor's office. Going to pass out flyers at the courthouse in the morning informing people which judges are going to prison. Tomorrow is the civil docket for all the superior court judges so there will be lots of attorneys going in and out of the building. Should be fun.

Today ol' Snarly Lips started out by saying that DW was VD's nextdoor neighbor. Which would lead someone to believe that he just had to carry her a short distance. I can't count the number of times she said how DW brutally RAPED then murdered Danielle.
