I agree wholeheartedly...if it were a question, they would not open up the court to us.

I think they are going to acquit at 1:30pm.

Damon will not be sleeping well tonight, because if the jury has already reached a decision, it will be 'not guilty' and the DA will start looking at him and his friend from Florida

Connectthedots, you have said this several times. Do you really believe this will happen?

My gut feeling is there is no way the DA would ever admit that they had the wrong person. Even if a not guilty comes in. Because a not guilty doesn't mean innocent, it only means he has not been found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

I'm baaackkk! Yes, there was a mass e-mail notifying everyone to assemble back. They needed 45 minutes at least to get everyone back.

Maybe they took a straw POLL amongst each other, and surprise they all agreed. Verdict reached?

I'm hoping sequestration...that way they can reach a quick verdict and talk about it over the weekend.

HOWEVER...maybe they have reached a verdict. The only sure thing is it won't be a HUNG jury so soon :~)
