i really do not know, EOD. maybe hobbes would know as he lives in the state. but considering there is a completely DIFFERENT standard for scandals involving Dems as compared to scandals involving repubs, it would not surprise me in the slightest for there to be no repercussions for him other than what his opponent this Fall will heap on him.
