thanks goodness the government is here for me, otherwise I would be lost in the moral wilderness, all alone!

An 18-month undercover police investigation had found lap dancing led to simulated sex acts, "excessive grinding" and, in some cases, prostitution. County Commissioner Yvonne Atkinson Gates wanted to change that, so she proposed banning dancers and customers from touching each other's buttocks, genitals or breasts during lap dances. It took them 18 months to figure this out? Nice job!!

At that, Gates banged her gavel. Speaking of simulated sex acts. . . . . .

If she did not sit, you must acquit!

"excessive grinding"
We need Tom Ridge to come in with the Grinding Color Scale.
"I'm not doing this because of my sexual anything," Gates said. "I'm doing this because I think it's right."
Honey, there are a lot of other things wrong in Vegas that need attention than excessive grinding. Why don't you have your morals police doing something good?

Isn't this the same state that has legal houses of prostitution? Kind of like the pot calling the kettle black.

"It's the image of Vegas," strip club customer Tony Anziano
How did Tony get selected, over all the other customers, to speak before the committee? It must have been his eloquence.
"I'm not doing this because of my sexual anything," Gates said. "I'm doing this because I think it's right."
Ill bet you say that to all the boys.

Clark County Commission voted 5-1 to adopt lap dance restrictions. I feel safer already, at least there was one stiff member in this commission who opposed the restrictions.

An 18-month undercover police investigation Guess the police needed lots of firsthand experience and evidence.

Commission members viewed two surveillance tapes of undercover activity at strip clubs before voting.
Went through a lot of quarters doing it too.

Sounds like the commission has imported the Saudi's Committee to Preserve Virtue, et al. When will the commission refuse to let young women leave a burning building because they are not properly attired?
I'm sure glad there are no bigger issues to worry about in Las Vegas than this.

They are allowed to touch and dance on a customer's legs. Stuffing dollar bills in G-strings will be prohibited.
I love it when laws are made that specify acts like this. What will happen? Strippers will just start wearing garters to do the same thing. This law will have to be amended ever 6 months.
