AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 558) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | August 1, 2002 | All of Us

Posted on 08/01/2002 4:02:09 AM PDT by Chairman_December_19th_Society

We will not tire, we will not falter and we will not fail! [President Bush]

Good Morning!! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

In testimony before the Senate, a former Iraqi nuclear scientist said Hussein would be able to manufacture three nuclear bombs by 2005.

There is an intense debate, according to the Washington Pravda, going on inside the Administration on how best to topple the current regime in Iraq.

The Pentagon announced that Hammas is looking into ways to use chemical weapons with their terrorist bombers.

Airline are announcing a reduction in the number of flights on September 11, 2002 - noting that many Americans are not going to want to travel on that day.

Republicans intend to tie the issue of Iraq into the necessity for drilling in ANWR, saying Saddam makes it necessary to improve our domestic sources of oil.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

PA is ok today...not as hot as yesterday so far...

Hi Miss Marple! It's been so long since I remember hearing his name, I almost forgot who he was. I guess the idea is "once an expert, always an expert" regardless of contact, right?

Not unless you close the bathrooms for the purpose of cleaning, or remodeling.

Well, today the BIG boss asked me if I was ok....I kinda said a weak "Yea"..he said, "you don't look OK"...I WANTED to say "You mean you are FINALLY realizing it??" but thought better and suggested maybe he and I get together and talk...somewhere away from the office...as the spies will surely report back to the IQ upon her return that we talked in private...then I'd get the drilling/.

Good morning Chairman and ALL you wonderful people.

Morning NY.

When he first started talking about Iraq not having WMD, I did a search and found out that has done several speaking engagements for the Green Party. Hmmm!!!!

Ritter on PBS Aug. 31,1998..In his own words..

ELIZABETH FARNSWORTH: Mr. Ritter, does Iraq still have prescribed weapons?

Mr. Ritter: "Iraq still has prescribed weapons capability."

WILLIAM SCOTT RITTER, JR.: Iraq still has prescribed weapons capability. There needs to be a careful distinction here. Iraq today is challenging the special commission to come up with a weapon and say where is the weapon in Iraq, and yet part of their efforts to conceal their capabilities, I believe, have been to disassemble weapons into various components and to hide these components throughout Iraq. I think the danger right now is that without effective inspections, without effective monitoring, Iraq can in a very short period of time measure the months, reconstitute chemical biological weapons, long-range ballistic missiles to deliver these weapons, and even certain aspects of their nuclear weaponization program.

Descretion is the better part of valor.

Yes... Ma'am I would find a neutral ground to talk.

Isn't it sad. If people would only do their jobs honorably, you wouldn't be having this to worry about.

God bless ya, Neets!

Thanks Lysie for the info.

I appreciate it.

Say... have you ever thought of being a weapons Inspector?

You have my vote.

See Jay, th epart that bothers me is that some people think coming to work is like winning a popularity contest of some sort....they forget the real reason we are here...not only to make living to provide for our families, but we work for an important segment of our country and it's a lot about doing the right thing...which isn't always the easy thing...but WHO am I to differ?? LOL.

We will miss you Chair.

Thank you, but I've still got a week before I depart for Texas, and another two weeks before the family vacation.
