Curds from the grocery store are not always so fresh. They're good but not GOOD.
When we want fresh curds we go to a cheese shoppe; which there are in abundance around here but not necessarily elsewhere, I suppose..........

...Jen, my daughter, brought back HUGE...HUMONGOUS...tomatoes from her hubby's Grandfather's garden in Atlanta.
So, we're having tomato sandwiches, and I stopped by a little restaurant & bought homemade onion soup to go with them!!!
YAY...No cooking!
