Yep! I was willing to fight for it! :-)No, no... we watched it again yesterday on DVD and it's very clear that the garter heads straight into lowbridge's grasp... as if guided to do so by the hand of God.

The snake was rubber. Got it waaaaaay back last December in a toy store, just for this occassion ;-)

His presence was one of the really beautiful highlights of this wedding: from our first meeting-up at the airport to the drive north on I-75, to the rehearsal dinner and stag party, to the ceremony the next day. I counted lowie as a brother long before this... and I consider him more than doubly so now :-)

No, no... we watched it again yesterday on DVD and it's very clear that the garter heads straight into lowbridge's grasp... as if guided to do so by the hand of God. This is true. When you stood with your back to the rest of us, and prepared to snap it like a sling shot, you were pointing it WAY off to my right (Where Ed was standing). I thought to myself "No way will I be able to catch that one". You let it fly, and much to my surprise it headed straight for me. :-)

Only place I'm going is Vegas. :-)

That movie is coming on AMC this weekend sometime :-) Good film. Funny film. But AMC will chop it up, cut out the good stuff, and interrupt it with comercials (How the mighty AMC has fallen). I've seen the clean edited version before and it loses quite alot of its funiness and timing due to the edited for clean tv version. Better yet, rent it, or buy a copy. I got it on videotape (no, its not for sale). :-)

Rotfl!!! You are something else! You talked her into petting a cold slimy nasty thing like a snake. Only thing worse are spiders - ewwwwwwwww!!! Shudder!!!!!!!!!! Yuck!!!!!!!!! GACK!!!!! (Have taken up occupancy on the top of my desk, where's my bug spray!!!!)
