Daschle is head of the Senate, he should have been able to twist a couple more arms to vote for the Medicare drug bill. I think Jim Jeffords voted against it, which would serve Jeffords right. Sheesh, Daschle is soooo Sept 10.

Looks like I'm going to have to call 97 and upchuck. I don't know about NJ but here in NYS we have this plan for prescription drugs. EPIC.

I looked into it for my m-i-l. She pays $40.00 a year for the plan and 30% of the prescription cost.

Seems to me a federal plan would be unnecessary here in NYS. What ya think, Nita?
