So none of the testimony states that Brenda hugged Danielle that night before going out to Dad's.

BUT DANIELLE NEVER TOOK THAT NECKLACE OFF FOR MONTHS AND I SHOULD HOPE THAT HER MOTHER HUGGED HER AT SOME TIME SO ONE ORANGE FIBER STUCK IN HER NECKLACE COULD HAVE BEEN THERE FOR A LONG, LONG, TIME.

A: "She never took it off."

For -TWO YEARS- Danielle wore that necklace--she never took it 0ff Since she was 'FIVE". This means that Danielle never washed her neck under that necklace since she was 'FIVE'.... I'M APPALLED THAT A MOTHER WOULD ALLOW HER CHILD TO GO FOR TWO YEARS WITHOUT A COMPLETE BATH...

SO ONE ORANGE FIBER STUCK IN HER NECKLACE COULD HAVE BEEN THERE FOR A LONG, LONG, TIME

I belive the fiber expert DID testify to the fact that the orange fiber around DVD neck was VERY dirty. So much so that she had to scrub the fiber to rid it of dirt so she could compare. This tells me it was there for awhile.
