More Daily Dish:

Out for blood? Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thornton are divvying up their goods. Among the personal effects Jolie is said to want back from her ex are five vials of her blood, which she gave him on their marriage in 2000.

According to a source quoted in London's Sun, the actress is worried that Thornton, whose mom is a psychic, will "put a curse on her" using the blood: "He is a redneck and from a background experienced in these things. She wouldn't put it past him to try something like this and it scares her to death." The paper says Thornton took Jolie's blood from their Beverly Hills home in May. Ok, someone needs to take that baby away from both of these nuts ASAP!

Thornton's rep would not say whether the report was true. "There are so many erroneous stories that we're not commenting on any of them," he said. Meanwhile, Billy Bob is in Los Angeles shooting "Bad Santa," in which he plays a nefarious version of St. Nick, and Jolie is filming the followup to "Tomb Raider" in London.

Jenna's allowance should be cut off.

Yes it should, I'm surprized it hasn't already been done.

Thanx for the good wishes. I need to attempt to get things organized around here today. It's gonna be tuff to do, still on the narcs, which make me so sleepy. We are scheduled to leave on Thursday for a leisurely drive to Orlando. Yesterday morning at this hour, I would have guessed we would have to trash those plans. Today I am more hopeful.

Jacko's Defense: Was His Signature Forged?

So what does Michael Jackson say about the $13 million lawsuit filed by former business manager Myung-Ho Lee?

He says in a sworn statement included in court papers that he never signed an agreement last September promising that he would pay Lee the money. His assistant says the same thing in another document and another affidavit, by a bodyguard, swears that Jackson was traveling on Sept. 14 and was not in Los Angeles at all.

Lee says that he and Jackson met in Los Angeles on Sept. 14 and that Michael signed a piece of paper admitting that he owed Lee nearly $14 million. No lawyers were present.

First, Jackson: "I specifically looked at the signature that appears at the end of this document above my typed name. This is not my signature. I did not sign this document and have never seen [it] until a few weeks ago. I would never knowingly sign a document that expressly required me to pay over $13 million to Mr. Lee or anyone else, alone in a room and without review and counsel by one or more of my attorneys." [snip]

There are some interesting facts revealed in the declarations to the court on Jackson's behalf. One of them is the statement by Frank Tyson, whom this reporter met about 18 months ago in New York with Jackson.

Tyson, who's sort of a Tom Cruise type, has functioned lately as Jackson's assistant. He is often said to be his godson.

In his statement, Tyson states: "I have known Mr. Jackson almost my entire life, and I am 21 years old. During just the past five years, I have seen Mr. Jackson sign his name, or seen his signature, no less than 100 times, and perhaps as many as 500 times, or more. The signature ... does not appear to be that of Mr. Jackson."

One might wonder why a teenage boy from New Jersey was present so often to witness a 40-year-old man who is not his relative signing so many checks from the time he was a sophomore in high school. Tyson, who swore to living in a suburban New Jersey town, could not be reached. [snip] Really, no one is wondering. Link

I was wondering if you were feeling up to traveling, please take it easy. You need to make a "honey do" list. :-) Get your honey to do all difficult tasks at least! When taking those pain pills in the past sometimes I would forget just how much pain was really there and over do then pay for it when they ran out.

I'm looking forward to your visit and hope you can steal a few minutes so we can meet each other in person!

BILL Clinton stopping by Hudson Cafeteria on behalf of his wife to wish one of the senator's staff members a happy birthday . .

It must be sheer heaven to be on her staff.

My guess is the she devil put an ad in Masochist Monthly for staff postions.

Who the heck is Anna Nicole Smith? Fox news has been running something or other about her, and now I just saw an interview with her.

IMO she was dressed extremely inappropriately to be taken seriously in the interview. What in the world is she 'all about'?

Good morning all.

That report of Jenna and friends has got to be a lie. Unless they were using flask sized bottles of hooch, there is no way three chicks can consume two litres of premium booze, or rot-gut for that matter, in one sitting.

And a $225 bottle of vodka? Come on, is this possible? I understand about mark-ups, profit, overhead, and all that, but $225?

Gran, are you using a night guard for your chompers? I had the most exquisite headaches, daily, before my dentist made me a night guard - I don't leave home without it. Best wishes in your feeling better very soon. JL

She met her husband when she was a topless dancer in Houston in 1991. She married J. Howard Marshall at the age of 26, he was almost 90. In November 1999 she started fighting her former stepson, E. Pierce Marshall, for half of her late husband's $1.6 Billion estate. On 27th September 2000, an LA bankruptcy judge awarded Anna $449,754,134 from the estate of her husband. Then on 17 July 2001 in Houston, judge Mike Wood vacated the earlier multimillion-dollar order, and ordered her to pay over $1 million in fees and expenses to E. Pierce Marshall's team.

My guess is that Hillary not showing up at the birthday lunch was the best gift that staffer received, especially with the hormonal imbalance Hillary seems to be experiencing of late (Didn't her M.D. tell her that if you d/c the HRT you need to take some happy pills)

As for Chelz, her ardous 30 day internship will come to an end in a couple of days. Presumably that will leave her the whole month of August to unwind from all that studying she and Ian did all year....

Anytime you can combine a trip to an outlet mall with a vacation, well that makes it a great trip in my book. Welcome back. Thanks for sharing.

Hey we haven't heard much about Chelz's stumbling drunk behavior lately. Oh that's right, she's busy being an intern, where was that? Probably in a place they don't allow alcohol.

And of course Chelz doesn't have to drink in public so much these days, now that she and Ian have that $2600 dollar a month apartment in Oxford. She can have the gang over to get blitzed right at home!

Thanks very much for that info. I'm such a cheap drunk that I don't have any idea what amounts it would take or if those girls could consume that much. One and half mixed drinks and I'm loopy!

Now I have heard about some very expensive vodka but no real info. I'll check it out when I have a chance.

BILL Clinton has a collection of Elvis memorabilia...

He was, after all, not only our first black president, but our first rock 'n' roll president.

I was thinking crusty didn't even know it was her birthday but blubba did... if you know what I mean.

My brain isn't working this morning, what's a "if you d/c the HRT"? :-)

I'd definately like more information on your secluded, beautiful AL spot. I usually go to Maine for my summer vacations but am bored with it. How's the sailing in your area?

You're right! I'll bet the hillary hammer came down on her very hard after the last round (pardon the pun) of pictures. Wouldn't want any nasty publicity when she runs for prez. And apparently she has used an Abraham Lincoln quote at her DLC speech yesterday to make a dig at GWB about his past drinking. It just wouldn't do if darling daughter was a drunk.
