Chemical castration isn't a bad punishment either, followed by mandatory sterilization to prevent them from having children.

But even with castration...remember that they're evil and will use any device to hurt a child. They may not have use of their male organ...but they could use another form of attack. I vote for death to convicted child molesters and child rapists.
