San Diego police arrested Whitmore on Jan. 27 The same day Danielle's body was found. My they were busy that day.

All this January February stuff is confusing me. Did Danielle die in Jan or Feb???

Karson, I now realize your confusion. It was just pointed out to me that I said 1/27 was the day Danielle's body was found. I was wrong. When I read the article and read 1/27 I was thinking 2/27.

Still though the forensic evidence by the prosecution witnesses testimony gave such wide range of time of death that according to them she could have been dead in Jan. based on their tests.

Now they know and we know that is not the case.
Although I don't think anyone other than the VanDams has testified as to when they last saw Danielle. Hmmmmmmmmm!

Don't you feel bad about confusing the dates...the court reporter or transcriber did the same thing with February 4th...it is written as 1/4 throughout the transcript.

Hi Spunky;

I believe the new neighbor,McNally said the van Dams and Danielle was over on Friday,Feb. 1 to sell him GSC. The vD's never testified to this(not that I saw anywhere tho),but the neighbor had no reason to lie about the day. Then McNally said PDvD came running over the next morning,Feb.2 to ask if he had seen Danielle because she was missing and was known to sleep walk.(?) Then later when asked about the sleepwalk it was turned into a "pottie dance" in the MB. I guess the vD's forgot about the cookie sale Friday evening to the neighbor. Since PDvD didn't arrive home from work until 6:30pm Friday the cookie sale must have been after the family had pizza.........Brenda left with the friends for Dad's about 8/8:30pm Friday night?
