Six hours!! I'll have to rent that one.

Kevin Sorbo seems like a very nice guy. There are tons of pictures with him posing with his fans.

I did not know that about Lee Marvin. I always learn so much at The Guild!

The whole six hours essentially boils down to the scene where he's burning with desire for Lizzie, takes off his clothes, and dives in the lake at Pemberley. Swoooooon!

Actually, you don't see him undressed, but just his walking along in sopping wet shirt....I gotta go cool off....

You called, madam?

Betty, I think this is the best movie ever made because it goes on for 6 glorious hours! Perfect rainy-winter-day movie. You will absolutely swoon over Mr. Darby. Lizzie's pretty terrific, too.

Wonderful movie! And amazingly, it's my 20 year old daughter's favorite. We even bought it for her for Christmas 2 years ago, and she took it to college with her. She's very much a child of her generation, but if this is her favorite, then there's hope for the future!

Back when Selleck was so popular, a supervisee of mine at work had a poster similar to the one below tacked to the back of her door (this was in the days of offices, not cubicles). Well one of the "guys" in the Department (and he was a high ranking dude, too) approached me and demanded that I, as her supervisor, ask her to remove it as it was offensive to him and some of the other boyz. He said words to the effect of "We can't hang Farrah Fawcett types on our doors, why should the galz be allowed to hang Selleck". He did have a point and she did take it down but that story got retold so many times around the office water cooler I am sure he regretted ever having made that request.

Here's a guy we can all do without...but I love this picture of an attorney being hauled off to the pokey!

It got lost in all the news about the Adelphia crooks yesterday.

Too bad it's not David Boyeeeeze (Boise)!!

.S. Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle (R) listens in as Senate Minority Leader Trent Lott speak to the press outside the White House after having breakfast with President George W. Bush, July 24, 2002. The leaders discussed a wide range of topics including the falling stock market. (Larry Downing/Reuters)

Looks like Tommy is a bit concerned about the action taken by the Securities Task Force yesterday. heh heh heh!

Just how great was that, it's like President Bush is doing a rope-a-dope with the dems. Let them go on and on and then WHAM! right in the kisser with those arrests.

And the part that I really like is it only took them 3 1/2 months. I'm so used to the clintoon/reno way of investigate for three years and then nothing I nearly fell off the chair when one of the task force members stated that they did it in 3 1/2 months!

VIVA PRESIDENT BUSH!!

American's expect us to use our brains when dealing with Israel and Palenstine!

No way Jose! I couldn't find my brain if I used both hands!
