Nice thing about Mendocino would be all that available California produce to make the world's best salads.I think Dom has the right idea...nothing better than a great salad a day.

I liked the wrestling tales too...I spent many a Saturday afternoon watching the Sheik, Sweet Daddy Siiki, Whipper Billy Watson, Lord Athol Layton and the rest of the '60's riff raff make like they were killing each other.Even the midgets were fun ;-)
